Pockets on the Porch

Alison just shared with us her awesome DIY pocket installation on her porch!

Our porch is so not even close to done, but just wanted to thank your company. I’ve been trying to find a way to break up this brick wall on our porch since we moved in three years ago. We’re still implementing plans that will hopefully be done in the next couple of weeks, but wow, the planters make such a difference. And were so easy to both hang and to plant. They’ve been up three weeks or so now and are doing beautifully.

Thank you!
Alison

Great Job Alison! Congratulations on a beautiful start to your porch improvement project! You really prove how easy it is to achieve dramatic effects with Woolly Pocket Living Walls. The layout artfully plays off the pattern of the brick, which looks awesome when contrasted by living plants!

can you tell me if the universal wall anchors and fasteners were used to install these Woolly Pockets on masonry? Or, was special mounting hardware used?

    Hi Suzanne,

We recommend using the masonry anchors that come with Wallys, aka “Red Heads”! :)

    Thanks,

    Woolly Alex
