Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise purchased at woollypocket.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the merchandise is in original condition and includes a copy of the payment receipt. We will provide a store credit or exchange if items are returned after 30 days or are returned without an RMA number. In such case, merchandise must be in original condition with the receipt included. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the returned product is deemed defective.
